Hi, I’m Craig Jones, a proud husband, father to identical twin boys, and passionate real estate professional serving the beautiful communities of Grass Valley and Nevada City.

Originally from the Bay Area, I fell in love with this region after meeting my wife — a born-and-raised local — and together we’ve built our life here. We’ve lived in both Grass Valley and Nevada City, and now call Grass Valley home as we raise our boys in this amazing community. We couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

My wife and I have built several small businesses right here in the local area, including a thriving vacation rental company. With nearly five years in the vacation rental industry, we’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes this region so special — and how to help others experience it, too.

I’m not your everyday realtor. I’m a vacation rental and investment property expert, helping clients find homes that not only fit their lifestyle but also generate meaningful income.
